Skin Flap Surgery

Deformities of the foot can present in a variety of ways.  Many of these can be corrected with soft tissue, skin flap, or rotational flap procedures.  A common example is a region that has a lesion, or a nail that is angled and crooked.  These can be corrected by rotating skin, full thickness as a flap to align the region or remove the deformity and close the remaining deficit.
